"One of the best hotels in French alps with excellent restaurant and friendly staffs. "

"Needs daily cleaning especially emptying the bins in the room. No lift so it was difficult to carry luggages to the third floor. Very limited time opening with reception. You need to be in Bossonet before 7:45 pm to catch the last village bus back to the hotel if you are in the village. They serve good food options at a very reasonable price."

"We LOVED our stay at Chalet Christine. The hotel has a perfect unimpeded view of the lake and mountains, creating a zen relaxing experience, and the pool and jacuzzi add to the relaxing vibe. Breakfast was perfect, the room was gorgeous and comfortable. Elodie at the check-in desk was incredibly kind and friendly, she gave us great advice on what to do around the lake and helped us get reservations at an amazing restaurant. I hope to come back soon! "The location is very rural and quiet. The hotel rooms are fine however the bathrooms are dated. Our room and our friends room had hairs all over the bathroom floor and in the bath so it was not clean enough. We had booked the restaurant for dinner and it was not busy when we arrived. However it took about 1h 30 for our food to arrive. We ended up cancelling our starters because it all took so long. I pointed out that a couple next to us who arrived after our table were served all their courses...

"This was an amazing experience. We stayed for our 28th anniversary. They made our stay very special and magical. Everything was perfect! This castle is truly something special. We didn't want to leave. The castle and everyone there were spectacular! Memories to last a lifetime !"
