"Montcuq is such a pretty place and this is a lovely house to stay in. The house is just a few minutes walk to a fantastic boulangerie and you can wander to restaurants and cafes and watch the world go by, all without having to drive. The house is spacious and nicely decorated, with everything you can think of for a great stay. It has a massive garden and outbuildings, so perfedt for a family. We will return, but with the whole family, as there's so many areas to relax in. A real find."

"Si la maison se trouve dans un cadre idyllique avec un court de tennis, en revanche, un ensemble de manquements et de dysfonctionnements nous ont gâché le séjour... Outre le manque de propreté et des toiles d'araignée, il manquait des verres (Obligé d'en acheter), il y avait qu'un seul parasol (Autour de la table) et aucun autour de la piscine (Difficile d'en profiter..). De la même manière, pas de panier à linge, de produits désinfectants, de serpillères et au niveau de la cuisine, il n'y avait...

"The area was a little remote, but the house was exactly as described and plenty big enough for 3 family groups with a wide range in children’s ages. The outside areas worked brilliantly well, plenty of shade or sun as required. The area was really peaceful and we had deer wandering around the area. The property owner was really helpful with all our questions and responded really quickly. If I’m being picky due to the heatwave we would have appreciated. Air con in the downstairs bedrooms....

"Nous avons passé une incroyable semaine de vacances grâce à Sylvia et Wim dans leur magnifique gite. Tout a été parfait depuis le premier message envoyé jusqu'à la fin de notre séjour. "Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans cette maison. Elle est spacieuse (nous étions 9), confortable, calme et propre. La terrasse et piscine sont très agréable aussi et l’accueil chaleureux. Le village de St Martin est magnifique et très bien situé. Il y a aussi un excellent restaurant à deux pas que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous reviendrons ! "
