"I had an absolute blast on the Terrace! The property itself is clean, homey, and stocked with books, games, movies, dishware & cutlery. Had a great time utilizing the hot tub (also clean and works well) in addition to the community fire pit area and access to the dock! Would highly recommend hiking around Beaver Lake Dam on the Overlook Trails and visiting the restaurants on Van Buren. Lastly, I cannot speak highly enough of the hosts! Communication was clear and very thorough. "

"This was a wonderful, beautiful place. We had a 11 ppl and it accomadated all of us perfectly. We loved the porch space and the 4 master rooms. It was very spacious. We defintely look forward to coming back."

"Pleasant staff and great view but the property is old and very rundown. I stayed 20 years ago at this property and it was very nice. At that time, it was about 20 years old already.Sadly the property remains in its original condition with old cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms, poor amenities, outdoor patio chair cushions were ripped to shreds and the furniture inside included a 40 year-old over stuffed La-Z-Boy rocker that was filthy. The room we booked was completely unacceptable and they did move us to a cabin the next day. But every one of the rooms on this property is very old and in serious need of repairs. The Wi-Fi didn’t work. The view is fabulous, and the staff was very nice. But I can’t recommend it. "

"This location was perfect for our family that included three grandchildren and two dogs. Even though it was a little challenging on the gravel road to get back to it it was lovely because it is secluded at the end of the gravel road and the cove is very very quiet. The house was very clean and 99% equipped with everything that you typically need in a vacation stay. The Lake view was beautiful and my 14-year-old grandson even commented on what a great view it was. There were nice touches by the owner and management and when we had one simple issue, all it took was one phone call and it was immediately taken care of. I happen to be post surgery having to use a walker so that made it a little interesting with the mini levels, but it was manageable, and I didn’t know ahead of time about the different levels. We will definitely consider returning here again with our family and pets. "

"The Homestead House was a perfect getaway. The interior was nicely decorated and clean. The view was spectacular and very peaceful. From the hot tub, grill to the soaking tub, all the amenities were nice to enjoy. The exterior was clean and well maintained. "
