"This was my second stay at Pocono Chalet and it was just as great as the first! Hosts are responsive and informative. They even offered to let us extend our stay in lieu of the incoming winter storm on the day of our departure.Everything was clean and as described. My family had a great time!"

"The cabin was very relaxing and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a Holiday New Year get away. We would love to come back!!"

"The home was beautifully styled and very spacious. We had several planned activities for my daughter’s 18th birthday, so we spent much of our time out enjoying the weekend. We especially enjoyed using the fire pit to make s’mores. We had planned to use the hot tub on Saturday, but it began to snow.Overall, the home was nice; however, there were a few concerns that should be addressed. The floor panels in the dining room area were coming up and should be looked at. Additionally, a family member nearly got hurt when attempting to sit in a chair in the upstairs bedroom with the loft bed, as one of the chair legs was broken. We also noticed a broken window and burns on the living room carpet.Lastly, I want to thank the homeowners for coming by promptly to shovel everything in time for us to check out after the overnight snowstorm. Overall, I would give a 4 out of 5 stars! "

"Living room and dining room were beautiful and very comfortable. Very pretty spot. Pet-friendly. Lovely fireplace.The lighting was an issue as a lot of the light switches i were not connected. Had to find the outlets in the bedrooms in the dark to plug in lamps. Check in brochure could have had more information. Very busy road."

"Great view of the lake from the house, and we loved hanging out on the pier and on the shore at the firepit. Everything provided including kitchen/grill stuff, coffee, and even sports stuff like kayaks, life jackets, pickleball, etc. Entire place is clean, but the place looks quite a bit dated. I took a star for that, but I'd easily recommend that this place was a great place to completely unwind and rest right off the lake. Would definitely rent again. Thanks."
