Peaceful Seasonal Wooded Nature Cottage close to everything

"To say I was happy would be a understatement. Extremely clean, Stock with many extras. Plenty of firewood for fire pit, plenty of charcoal for grill. kitchen well stocked. Items we forgot were there to our surprise. The road coming in may be a little rocky, but it will not disappoint if you choose to stay there. The host Steve responded to all my questions quickly. 5 Stars across the board."

"We had a great summer vacation with the kids. My husband was able to fish the pond on the red canoe while I took the kids around the Poconos. House had everything we needed; grill, fire pit for s'mores, multiple places to sit outside and look at the pond. (heads up bring ketchup, syrup, etc).We were comfortable and there weren't any neighbors there during the week so super quiet. We went to Costas Family Park, the Claws and Paws Zoo and a special hidden swimming lake where we saw a bald eagle. We also had lunch at Log Tavern Brewery which is right by the house and was a great find."

"Our large family had such a great time at this house! We got rained in on some days during our stay. However, this house had more than enough to keep us all entertained! We loved the movie theater and the games! There were plenty of rooms for us and a nice big table for us to play board games at to wrap up our evenings."

"We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better location! The home sits on a beautiful private lake, and the views are absolutely spectacular. The house was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our family of eight and our three dogs. The host and his family were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and responsive. They were always available to answer our questions and help with anything we needed, which made our stay especially enjoyable. The outdoor space was a highlight. The large back porch provided a fantastic gathering area for our family, and we loved spending time together around the fire pit. Having access to the dock and kayaks was an added bonus—we enjoyed fishing and taking in the peaceful lake surroundings. It was the perfect place to relax, spend quality time together, and enjoy nature's beauty. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this property to families looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway!"

"Nice, spacious house in a good location. Great place to make good memories with the family. Close to Wilsonville/Hawley for some amenities if needed. Very relaxing, natural setting with nice front porch and back deck for relaxing. Good fire pit area for the evenings. Did smell a bit musty inside but weather was good and temp in low 70s so had doors open some for fresh air."

"Best stay imaginable. From the pool and hot tub to being a walk from the lake I could not have chosen a better place for my family and I. The host Adriana made the entire process of our trip so easy and gave us so many amazing recommendations to great restaurants, brewery’s and so much more all so close to the house. "Me and my friends recently stayed at the Rex Hotel in Greenwood and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed during our stay. The rooms were well-maintained, quiet, and very relaxing, making it easy to unwind after a long day. We also appreciated the convenient location, which made it easy to explore Greenwood and nearby restaurants and attractions. Overall, the Rex Hotel provided great service and a pleasant stay, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
