We just came back after 10 years. We were not disappointed! We love the brunch at La Croix. Looking forward to Scarpetta on our next visit. Stopped by the bar for a drink and to people watch and enjoyed live music and a lively but nice crowd.
Love the LeLabo toiletries. Super comfy bed and pillows. I am A sucker for plush bathrobes and slippers which they offered. Was convenient to have an iron in the room too!
We got to stroll Rittenhouse Square Park- which is directly outside. Great shops and restaurants within walking distance makes it a pleasure to stay here.
Will be back when we are back in Philadelphia .

The front desk manager Benjamin was extremely helpful, polite and delightful. The concierge was spot on with recommending a spa and his follow through impeccable. The cleaning staff were cordial and thorough.
The engineer was swift and very capable of fixing our door lock which malfunctioned.
The front desk women seemed very timid, cowed and unable to stretch beyond rules that they perceived as rigid.

"Everything was clean. At 4:30am the people next door flushed the toilet and then a woman started yelling for 30 minutes. She then started crying loudly and i called the front desk to complain. Quiet after that. I ASSUME she went to sleep! I did NOT! thin walls for such a high price property"
