Nice Family Run Facility

Large comfortable room. Great service and friendly interaction with this family run facility. Good food at onsite restaurant at fair prices. Finding the facility is quite difficult and some sketchy roads.

Tres belle propriété. Avec une équipe tres sympathique. Un parc très tres bien entretenu. Le seul hic ,c est l endroit géographique. Il faut pouvoir y accéder, ça grimpe... Et pour ressortir de la propriété c est la même chose. L'idéal serait d avoir un véhicule puissant.

Charming family run guest house high up in the hills behind Bečići beach. Lovely pool area in a gorgeous well established little garden (the name means Olive Grove) - but take your mosquito repellent! The staff are lovely. Great breakfasts & dinners at very good prices - try the steak salad! (You need to order dinner in advance though.) They provide a free minibus service to the beach, and taxi service at very reasonable prices to other locations. We had a hire car, which I’d recommend for sightseeing - Kotor and Perast are simply gorgeous - but we got the taxi for a day in Budva itself, well worth the fare. The apartments are not posh, but perfectly comfortable, and naturally cool so the air con doesn’t have to work too hard. If you drive there, it’s a steep narrow climb from the main road but have faith, you’ll get there! We loved it & would definitely go again.

Ein ruhiges, idyllisches Plätzchen oberhalb von der sehr lauten und hektischen Stadt . Die Anlage ist sehr versteckt am Berg, damit hat man zwar Ruhe und Erholung, doch man ist sehr auf das Auto angewiesen. Das Strand-Shuttleservice ist super, da jemand anderer die engen Gassen bergauf und bergab fahren muss und auch das Parkplatzproblem damit wegfällt. Das Pool und die Gartenanlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Man kann auch dort Essen zu speziellen Zeiten und Drinks an der Bar zu sich nehmen. Die Wohneinheiten sind geräumig, aber sonst abgewohnt und leider auch sehr schmutzig.

Great place

Mary accommodating and clean. The pool is great, the views are amazing, not overcrowded at all. The folks running the hotel are very helpful, speak perfect English, and very welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay, wish we could stay longer. a little far from the center of town, but parking and town is not much of an if you so we didn't have any problem with that.

Todella idyllinen paikka Budvan rannan yläpuolella rinteessä! Epäusko meinasi vallata, kun ajoin vuokra-autolla rinnettä ylöspäin. Paikka kuitenkin löytyi ja oli erittäin mukava. Niin mukava, että olimme siellä vielä toisenkin yön. Palvelut kotikutoisia, mutta huippuluokkaa. Esim. ilmainen kuljetus rannalle useamman kerran päivässä. Oma uima-allas ja viihtyisä pihapiiri. Ruokaa saa myös ja halpaan hintaan. Suosittelen ehdottomasti.

Excellent place.

Excellent. Really liked this place. Beautiful spot to take it easy. Close to Budva if you want a night out, but a very good place to sit around in the daytime (or eve) and enjoy the pool and bar. Lovely hosts. Room fairly basic but not at all expensive, so top value all round.

Ich war Angenehm Überrascht.Schon bei der Ankunft freundliche Begrüßung durch die Chefin Xenia mit Begrüsungstrink nach Wahl. Da ich eine Gehbehinderung habe,bekam ich auch zusammen mit Frau ein EG-Zimmer 10 meter vom Pool.Das Besondere:Im Hauseigenen Restaurant,kann man 1 Tag vorher Bestellen,was man Essen will u.die Besorgen das Frisch vom Markt.Auch die Köchin Lubjanka ist Meister Ihres Fachs.

A hidden gem!

Guesthouse Maslinjak has exceeded our expectations in every way possible. We arrived quite late in the evening and we were greeted at reception by a lovely woman, beautiful, kind, warm and welcoming. She took us to our apartment which was cool, spotlessly clean and very spacious. After a brief introduction to the hotel services we were out by the bar whilst the kids were in the pool until early morning! Whilst at the bar we met the owner, who was also charming and extremely kind. It makes a huge difference to me at least to see a face behind the enterprise, to know that they are approachable and that they care about their customers. He couldn't do enough for us! In fact all the staff at Maslinjak looked after us for our whole stay and were always on hand if needed. We made use of the pool, which was very clean and the bar, which was very reasonably priced and with a good selection of drinks. We ate breakfast in the reastaurant most days and ate dinner once, the food was lovely and again, very reasonably priced. I highly recommend the cheese omelette for breakfast!!! The views are stunning, the location quiet and away from the madness of the town center and all in all the most perfect location. We couldn't have wished for better!

Väldigt mysigt och hemtrevligt. Lugnt läge perfekt för avkoppling vid poolen. Stranden nedanför är dock ganska hektisk med mycket folk. De hjälper till med taxiserice för 5 euro in till Budva när man ville vilket var perfekt. Rekommenderar varmt detta som ett smultronställe med fantastisk utsikt på grund av sin höga höjd.

Paradise

This place is like a small piece of paradise!! I absolutely recommend it. The garden with all its flowers, fruit trees and butterflies is magical. I loved coming back here, up into the mountain and to the guesthouse, after visiting the buzy beach. The staff is truly fantastic, everyone smiling and doing their outmost to have their guests feel welcome and at home. We traveled as a family and rented both an apartment and a room (breakfast included in the room) and we were all sleeping well. This is not a luxury hotel when looking objectively at the standard - maybe the rooms could use a few fixes, and the cleaning frequency is a little bit like in our home, could happen a bit more often :-) But it's still paradise! A place full of character, beautiful view. We had several dinners in the restaurant in the evenings (needs to be pre-ordered) and everyone enjoyed the food. The pool is relatively small but does the trick. Even pool towels are available! If you are looking for a beautiful, peaceful spot to stay in this region - book this one!!
