I stayed there 9 years ago, it’s so much worse. It was awful this time. Dirty, humiliating and noisy. The air made the bathroom sliding door vibrate so loud we had to shove towels in it. $380 a night. My god is this what NYC feels travelers deserve for their money?

Noble Den was the perfect spot to lay our heads for our NY trip. Our room was modern and comfortable, the rooftop patio had great views of the city. The staff was so nice and helpful, they even helped get us a car to the airport for way less that Uber or lyft.
The location is phenomenal too. Smack dab between Little Italy and China Town and a quick walk to Soho.
I think this will be where stay from now on.

This is not a 4 star hotel. Hotels.com are wrong. This is a 2 star hotel.
I have stayed in better 2 star hotels but the location is great, it is safe, clean and staff are helpful. What it really needs is investment as it is tired. Broken window blinds and shower tiles need fixing. Given the outside noise some proper double glazing or triple glazing would help given the various work outside through the night.
Also do not believe the concierge’s ideas on how long it takes to get to the airport (google shows the facts) or that the LIRR service is broken every Friday so you must use the hotel car. 🙄 💵💵
