Holiday Home on the Foothills of Mont Ventoux - Bédoin 84

In an exceptional setting, surrounded by nature just 2.5 km from the village of Bédoin in Provence, at the foot of Mont Ventoux, we welcome you to our holiday home located in a former papal farmhouse dating back to the 12th century.



Amidst the vineyards, peace and tranquility are guaranteed.



Our holiday home can accommodate up to 6 people.



Fully renovated, it includes a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave oven, electric coffee maker and Senseo, toaster, as well as a washing machine located in one of the two bathrooms.



The house has three bedrooms: two upstairs (one with a 140 cm bed, the other with two 90 cm beds) and a third bedroom located outside the main house, equipped with a 140 cm bed. This third bedroom does not have an adjoining bathroom, so you need to go outside to access the main house.



Two bathrooms are at your disposal in the house, each with a walk-in shower, a WC with macerator, and a washbasin.



You can enjoy a shared swimming pool with the guest room (7x4 m).



Pets may be accepted on request and are available for an extra fee.

Fabulous second visit to tranquil oasis on provence

2nd visit. As lovely as last year. Comfortable well equipped accommodation. Spacious and well decorated with a big, solid outdoor table that has views across the vineyards over the Rhone valley. Stephanie is a fantastic host. Friendly , helpful and English speaking. She cooks evening table de hote that is superb. Home cooked from local or home grown produce. We feel welcomed, relaxed and very refreshed after our holiday.

Cozy French countryside

We stayed in Bedoin for a week - main reason to climb Mount Ventoux by bikes. It was a great stay and Stephanie is a wonderful hostess. The house is laying about 1,9 km away from the village. The village has lots of restaurants, some shops and a small bike museum. We rented the condo, as we like to cook, but you can also stay in a room with bed and breakfast, and you can get dinners by appointment. We enjoyed a dinner one day cooked by Stephanie. It was excellent. It is a very relaxing and peaceful place.

wonderful holiday in stunning house in provence

Being a cycling couple, we were keen to do the cyclists pilgrimage of Mont Ventoux; hence why we chose to stay at the house in Pierravon, Bedoin. This has been one of our very best holidays. The house was lovely, very comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped it is prettily decorated in a rustic French style suited to its age and location. Externally, it is set in lovely gardens and shares a very pleasant pool with guests staying at the B and B. It exceeded our expectation given the description and photographs. Stephanie is the perfect host. Very helpful, accommodating and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. She offers a table de hote, given sufficient notice, and her cooking is superb. This was the best Provencale food we ate during our stay. The area is stunning, having much to offer cyclists and walkers and with some fantastic historical sites. The market at Bedoin is well worth the visit. We are hoping to return to this lovely property and the hospitality of Stephanie next year. Heartily recommended.

We hebben een geweldige ervaring gehad en dit komt onder andere door de eigenaares en haar dochter. Wat doen die hun best om je je vakantie tot een droom vakantie te maken. Ze verwelkomt je met open armen samen met haar 3 honden (die hier los lopen en wel iets is om rekening mee te houden aangezien ze ook bij het huisje rondlopen) Auto kan je goed parkeren. Ook hebben we erg genoten van het zwembad. De kamers waren mooi en schoon. als ik dan toch iets van een tip mag geven dan is het dat de meubels binnen aan vervanging toe zijn en dan voornamelijk de twee banken die bij de grote tafel horen. Ook hadden we last van de wespen bij het zwembad waar ze wel alles aan doen om die zo veel mogelijk weg te krijgen. Maar wat willen we de eigenaar bedanken (en haar dochter) voor de moeite die ze hebben gedaan om onze vakantie zo goed mogelijk te maken (en natuurlijk de hondjes) e

Fantastisch verblijf

We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf. Lieve gastvrouw welke op de achtergrond aanwezig is voor vragen ect. Het vakantiehuis is van alle gemakken voorzien. De bedden liggen heerlijk. De houtenbankjes in de woonkamer zitten niet zo comfortabel maar we hebben gelukkig iedere dag buiten gegeten op het fantastische terras met prachtig uitzicht. Heerlijk zwembad om even in af te koelen. Het huis is 2,5 km gelegen naar het dorp Bédoin. Makkelijk te lopen. Vanuit het vakantiehuis vele mooie uitstapjes gemaakt.

Domaine de Pierravon

Magnifique séjour au domaine de Pierravon, accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et professionnalisme par Stéphanie, maîtresse des lieux. Superbe environnement en pleine nature au milieu des vignes, à 2 pas du charmant village très animé de Bédoin, piscine sympathique, nombreuses possibilités de balades pédestres autour du domaine, on y retournera très volontiers.

L'endroit est magnifique , loin de tout et en même temps si proche , Stéphanie est charmante , toujours de bonne humeur et serviable. Quel accueil , quel site , quel endroit , c'était génial. Un calme incomparable , juste de temps en temps Vanille et Hector pour nous rappeler que la civilisation n'est pas loin. Zalig genieten in authentieke gite met zicht op vaucluse....

Zalige plek tegen de flank van de Ventoux met zicht op de vallei . rustig gelegen, tussen de wijnvelden op het einde van een klimmende weg 2.5 km van Bedoin .( laatste stuk niet ideaal voor koersfiets :-) ) verschillende gebouwen met 5 x chambres d'hôtes en 1 gite . Vriendelijke ontvangst , Stephanie is vlot aanspreekbaar voor alle informatie, mogelijkheid om op reservatie te eten. Leuk zwembad ( geen ondiep gedeelte) , veel plaats om te ravotten , vlak aan het bos met verschillende bewegwijzerde wandelpaden , ea GR91 . Stalling voor Fietsen. Gite met voldoende ingerichte keuken , twee ruime slaapkamers ,de derde slaapkamer is enkel langs buiten bereikbaar , twee kleine badkamers en een zaaaalig terras met zicht op de vallei ... buiten zijn er voldoende stoelen ligzetels tuinzetels voor verpozing in zon of schaduw....mooie begroeiing op het domein , rijpe vijgen plukklaar aan het ontbijt... een klein mipuntje : binnenshuis staat een kleine eerder lage tafel zonder stoelen enkel twee heel wiebele banken ... comforabel zitten aan tafel binnen lukt niet .... maar onder de Provencaalse zon leef je toch meestal buiten.... Tip ; George de man van Stephanie heeft een restaurant in Mazan ( lekkere grillade ), ook naast de bakker in st colombe is een lekker eenvoudig restaurant ... en verder ; zon warmte wandelen , fietsen, markt , rust couleur locale ....( en ook heeeeel veel belgen ) aan te raden !!!
