Nice hotel, staff very friendly, amenities good and plenty of bars and shops in local area. The only downside I found with my stay is the air conditioning will only adjust down by 2c, which just isn’t enough on the hottest day of the year and to compound the issue, the duvets are a winter tog and not suitable for summer.

It's a good proper functional Hotel.

The property is really a boutique hotel, lacking thinks like a pool or hot tub, but for what it is, in a great location right beside an huge central square in Toulouse with easy access to the metro. The place is amazingly quiet, and room was gigantic for a couple.

Not as convenient to airport as I expected. There is a shuttle or can walk about 15 min

We were very warmly welcomed by all staff. we enjoy the dinner buffet and also breakfast. However, as a foreign visitor it was unclear how to access parking and the elevator to the parking. We had to park temporarily in front and check in to get directions. Result from lack of information, we unloaded at street then parked underground hauling some cases upstairs (later found there was a separate elevator to the parking.). I don’t remember that information being shared with the online reservation although I sent several messages. Don’t get me wrong, this is a lovely hotel and staff we’re fantastic but management should provide more detailed information for travelers.
