"Rooms a little dated. Bathroom could be cleaned more thoroughly. Elevator had Marijuana scent. Great location, typical beach hotel. Pool and hot tub area looked nice."

"This studio apartment was perfect for our needs. It was conveniently located and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the owner was fast and easy. The only bother was traffic noise from a nearby busy street. "

"House was half a duplex, easy to get to, in a good location, quiet neighborhood. The fenced in yard was private and very nice to relax in. There was a grill, swing set, dining table, lounges and a hot tub. The house was very clean and recently renovated. The only things I could say is the living room had no coffee or end tables. It was also lacking in some bare necessities, no dish soap, no tissues, no cleaning supplies, no toaster, and no oven pans. Overall the inside and outside was comfortable for our 4 night stay."

"Initially had issue with check in, but quickly resolved with phone call and quick responsiveness from owner. House was very clean, bright, and airy. Beds very comfortable. Outdoor space was great; plenty of seating options and shade. Could use umbrella for dining table. The kitchen was well stocked, but could use a toaster and some baking trays in order to use the oven . Loved having the air fryer though. No dishwasher! Also, could use a couple of side/accent tables in living room or a small coffee table. Overall, a great place to stay. Area is quiet but very near beaches, restaurants, and shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! "

"I deliberated giving a review as don’t want to appear picky or infer we didn’t have a nice time as that wasn’t the case, however we booked based on the continued 10 star reviews, but to us we thought more like a 7 to 8 having spent a solid month on property.Let’s be clear:Enjoyed our stay, the house was cute, safe and fun with the absolute best part being the backyard and swimming pool which was an awesome oasis.But we wouldn’t come again.Fit and finish was disappointing for the price, shabby chic - a little money spent on the fundamentals such as plates, cutlery would go a long way for short money, more annoying but not game changing.The issue for us was location, we chose as close to everything but the actual proximity to major roads where the traffic was insane (google Sarasota traffic accident locations and stats) - sirens during the day and motorbikes screaming early morning and at night. A 8 lane, 45mph artery with a stream of red light and speed cameras.Yes - Our experience was tainted by a no fault fender bender - but that just compounded the traffic issue.Personally we won’t return to Sarasota because of the traffic, this is not the fault of the house but its location had definite pros and cons.In summary - Worth the price, if that’s where the market is at. Had fun - Yes. But not for us again I’m afraid, the traffic was too much location wise, something I’d never have thought about without feet on the ground, but now I’ll be much more careful."

" Although the condo itself was lovely and comfortable, we did not feel safe. The steps are dirty, slippery and dangerous. The neighbors are loud and a bit frightening. The view from the balcony and master bedroom of the downstairs neighbors yard is bizarre and looks hazardous.( I took pics) The parking lot was filled with very sketchy people. I was looking forward to my daughter and 3 year old grandson coming over to swim in the pool, I told them not to because I didn’t feel safe. We put chairs under the doors to sleep. I would have appreciated a stronger lock. I did take pics of the view from the master bedroom window of a disgusting downstairs neighbor's yard. I also took pics of the condition we left it in when we left to prove that there was no damage or dirt, in case someone broke in before your cleaning people came. I know that you can't control the neighbors or neighborhood, but Iwas verydisappointed in the property. "
