Hello Nina, Thanks a lot for you nice comment. We do host a lot of families with small children with no problem since years (which was not your case). The security (fences for stairs, ...) have been improved anyway. The children are very welcomed (high chair, bed, matras, toys, ...)

Chère Séverin, le coût de ménage n'est pas du tout imposé et aide beaucoup les familles qui font le ménage eux même à faire cette économie. Vous avez rendu une maison peu nettoyée et inlouable. Nous vous avons donc demandé en toute logique le coût de nettoyage pour payer une équipe de nettoyage en urgence. Nous déplorons les 2 étoiles qui ressemblent davantage à une petite vengeance... est ce bien raisonnable? On ne peut pas avoir le beurre et l'argent du beurre. Heureusement, la grande majorité des voyageurs qui nettoit la maison, le font avec respect et par conséquent realise cette belle économie de 120€. Nous le faisons par bienveillance et attendons du respect en retours. Bonne journée

Hello Armin, Thanks a lot for this nice comment :-) Yes, the parket in the bathroom is an antik and very rare tek wood coming from a warehouse in Thailand. We love it ! The taps are design specially for the house. You'll never see some like this. All the explanation are given in the video that you receive before your intrance. We are NOT in a upper price range. An upper price is between 600-800 euros per night. You are in a low rate: 4 larges bedrooms / 240 m2 / garden / Brussels for 220€ per night is the price for a hotel room downtown. What do you expect? People who pay for 3* and expect 5*+, should NOT come to Abritel or Rbnb, but to luxury hotel (about 400€ per night for 2 people) The house is perfectly like on the picture (ah ah ah, what a joke!). This is a terrible lie. We have more and more trolls as customer. Internet give you the power to destructs our work without any consequences…. I think it is deeply sad, especially for all the love, energy and money that we put in homesweethome. FORTUNATELY, most of our guest are super happy  This is for you – our beloving travelers - that we go on to make homesweethome, step by step, a better place. PS: “the worktop that doesn’t join the wall” because it is a temporarily one: we are waiting for a brand new and superb worktop in Corian (top of the top)
