Kommentare wie: "Sie kommen ja aus der reichen Schweiz" als ich nach den Parkgebühren gefragt habe, sollte sie sich verkneifen. Unverschämt! Die Rechnung konnte am Abend nicht bereit gemacht werden, so dass ich es am Abend bezahlen konnte. Zum Bezahlen der 5 Zimmer brauchte ich am nächsten Morgen über 30min. "Wir hatten fünf Zimmer gebucht, jedoch hatten sie nur eins für uns reserviert, da überbucht und wir mussten zu fünft in einem Zimmer übernachten. Sie waren lösungsorientiert, jedoch nicht ganz mit der IT vertraut."
