The staff was very friendly and courteous. We were offered an upgraded room which was quiet and spacious. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of western and Chinese cuisine. We also tried the dinner buffet which was very good, offering Peking duck,sushi, sashimi, roast lamb,and beef tenderloin. The location was great being next to the utown shopping mall.

This hotel was incredible and I would definitely return! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by the staff. Everyone from the front desk to the maids made us feel special, welcomed and cared for. The location was great. The connected mall was so convenient. The building was clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated. The rooms were cozy and the bathrooms were large and beautiful! This hotel was actually one of the highlights to my recent stay in Beijing and I would come back to this hotel without hesitation! I highly recommend it and cannot wait to return. Huge thanks to the entire staff at this location, everyone from the front desk to the hair salon to the maids, etc… you’re all doing an incredible job and deserve to be recognized for it! Looking forward to seeing you again! Thank you!!

The location of this hotel is fantastic, close to subway stations and many great and authentic restaurants. Room is spacious and comfortable. Staff did a really good job cleaning and maintaining the facilities. Highly recommended!

Excellent location attached to Utown mall and next to BlueFrog restaurant. Also near to Ritan Russian mall. Nearby restaurant street whereby you get many halal restaurants. Upon arrival at hotel, manager helped in talking to the taxi driver and eased the tension. Room is cozy and has all the amenities.

The hotel was well located near a subway which was about a 10minute walk away. Easy access to Taxis and Didi as they come straight to the outside of the hotel. The staff were helpful and the facilities on offer were everything you could need. Excellent options for dinner which we would highly recommend the buffet dinner. All you can eat and drink for about £18. The breakfast was an excellent variety of food to meet all tastes and was always well stocked.

Everything was great. Great location, staff was very helpful. Rooms, swimming pool and gym was very well maintained. Variety of options in the breakfast. Access to U-Town shopping mall was great factor and lot of restaurants nearby. Musa helped me to order some shopping items.

I’d like to commend Mia Dong at the front desk. She was incredibly patient and went above and beyond to guide me through the app - from booking the train to helping me place a supper order via your food app when I had trouble signing in. Her willingness to help really made my stay smooth and stress-free. Overall, the staff and experience were excellent.
