We stayed 4 nights at Empark. Check in and check out staff wasn’t particularly friendly, was just okay. Room was okay but the air conditioning was centralised and we felt a bit hot, we had the windows opened. Fyi, they request a 2000 yuan deposit which I’m not aware of while booking the hotel.

Im Rahmen unserer Asienreise waren wir vom 30.9. bis zum 3.10.2025 in Peking und hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer im Embark Prime Hotel. Das Hotel entspricht in jeder Hinsicht den Anforderungen an ein 5-Sterne Hotel und das Team um David Liu, Xavier Wong, Mia und Riley haben uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Frühstücksbuffet war umfangreich und ein weiteres Plus war die zentrale Lage in Laufweite der Verbotenen Stadt. Ich kann das Embark Prime Hotel wirklich nur empfehlen.

The design of bathroom is terrible. Toilet stall is separated from shower with a wall but sharing one very heavy, hard to pull sliding glass door (rusting?). You will expose the person on the other side if pulls the door close to use toilet or shower. Both spaces are tiny to move around. There is no inside handle to slide the door open, especially coming out shower wet, I have to use both hand digging into the metal door frame edge and pull really hard to open the door (you will definitely damage your fingernail/polish). Housekeeping always forget to refill one or two items. Coffee maker in room is so old and malfunction, you have to try 2-3 time to make work then you will waste one or two coffee pods. The robe lining is not cotton but clinging no absorption polyester, it is so unpleasant to wear especially after shower or bath. Look out the window, you will see a large, very noisy open unclean paper/box/plastic waste packing/rapping yard, and tractors come and go loading unloading with loud noise constantly throughout the day.

Angefangen vom Empfang, wurden die Koffer nicht aufs Zimmer gebracht! Man musste festbinden den ersten Stock, samt Gepäck zur Rezeption. Dann auf das Zimmer. Der Room Service ist eine Katastrophe!!!! Es wir nicht richtig gereinigt, die Betten werden nicht frisch bezogen und die Minibar nicht aufgefüllt. Wenn man die Badewanne nutzen will, geht alles an Wasserfall Handbrause das Bad unter Wasser. Die Toilettenschüssel hat extrem gewackelt und die Zahnputzbecher wurden nicht gewechselt. Für ein 5 Sterne Haus einfach Miserabel.

Recomendable. La mejor ubicación. Limpieza, acogedor, buen gusto en la decoración. Botellas de agua en la habitación diario ponían bastantes. La mayoría de las atracciones turísticas quedan a pie. Solo hay que estar atentos a la hora del desayuno, no pasar de la hora indicada, llegué un poco después y el mesero muy grosero dijo que ya no había nada, entiendo eso, pero es la manera en dirigirse hacia al huésped que debe ser en primer lugar. No de una forma grosera.

We had wonderful 6 nights stay at the Empark Prime Hotel Beijing. We were upgraded to executive club, paid 399rmb a day to enjoy breakfast, tea and happy hour. The service throughout my visit was excellent, Vicky 何连怡 at 云顶 club was attentive, polite, and always ready to help. The room was impressively spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment after a day of exploring the city. The concierge service was particularly helpful, collected a lot of my online parcels on my behalf. One of the best features of the hotel is its convenient location—just about 150 meters from the 中国美术馆 (National Art Museum of China) metro station, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. This location is near to most of the tourist attractions. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-notch service in the heart of Beijing.

Awesome! The concierge, Mr. Will Wang was so helpful that made our stay even better. The cleaning service was excellent as well no matter staying at 6th or 9th floor.
