"Great hotel just 20 minutes walk to Forbidden City or Tiananmen square, and very close to the metro. The staff spoke good English and were really helpful "

"Concierge Robin was kind enough to upgrade our room and provided complementary late checkout. Hotel was tidy, the only issue was that the 8th floor smelled heavily like cigarettes. This should be looked into as it affects those that are asthmatic (like my sister and I) and suffer from migraines (like my sister) since the smell triggers the migraine. "
"The stay was great, we had a pleasant vacation and the room is spacious and comfortable. Location couldn’t be better - walkable to the forbidden city."
"Exceptional experience for the entire stay and in every way. You pay for a premium experience and this exceeds expectations. Special mention to Helen, and the Zijin Mansion team - a wonderful chef supplemented ably by Luna, Koko and the rest of the team. Truly special & will be back"
