The security screening staff are particularly impolite and intrusive. The receptionist provided a normal service, nothing extraordinary. The rooms are extremely clean and offer a spectacular view. There is an oriental restaurant that I found very beautiful, and the staff there were finally attentive, offering recommendations and being very kind. However, some staff in other restaurants were not friendly at all. So far, my deposit has not been returned, and I am still waiting for it to be released.
