Any usage over 40 KWh per day will be charged at $0.20 per kWh. This amount will be requested through AIRBNB under the Security Deposit claim procedure.

You will probably want to have a car. Public bus transportation is available in Costa Rica and very reliable and affordable if that suites you. There is a bus stop about 1/4 mile from the subdivision.
