"Wonderful large room. Luxurious and bed and pillows were really comfy. Spotless bathroom with lovely smelling toiletries. All staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend highly as so convenient for getting from the station and visiting the Xmas Market. "

We were welcomed by Oben and Kyle who were a great front of house team. The hotel was our base for the night when we were watching a show at the BP Pulse. The hotel is really well located to the NEC, with easy links to other lovely local amenities. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others. "
