"Ideal location for the NEC, restaurant served good food in the evening but the breakfast wasn't great in comparison. Rooms are a bit dated as well as are parts of the hotel but provided what I needed."

"Victoria keeps the house immaculately clean and is decorated to a high standard. Everything we needed was in our room, she even brought a fresh jug of milk for our tea and coffee. The breakfast was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for her. We could not find fault in anything. Throughly recommend."
