"The Hotel Manager and Staff were excellent. Extremely helpful. There were a couple of missteps and they reacted immediately to resolve them. I would recommend this hotel. I did not like that there wasn’t any AC"

"We had to spend the night in London to catch our connection the next morning. We did not want to leave the premises so chose this hotel. The beds were comfortable, there were places to eat and drink and it served our needs well. The biggest problem we had was getting to it. There was no signage from the arrivals as to where to go. We ended up asking 5 different folk."
