Everything was well maintained and staff were only too pleased to assist. Despite the hotel being busy with conferences, my room remained quiet and relaxing."

"Clean room with a high bath in the shower, which looked like a previous re-fit of old hotel's bathrooms. Some space around the double comfort bed & usual Malmaison dark themes and quirky touches. Some reception staff were rude and remote, as their area is near the shopping centre entrance and the coffee shop next door, & not near the rooms. We were able to park with a voucher discount in a space below the hotel, which needed to be booked in advance. Breakfast was chargeable and for £19 a continental brekkie although £23 for hot food which was the non-advance price."
