"We were looking for a hotel in the area and this one was significantly cheaper than other hotels in the area. Our room was clean and had coffee and tea available the only downside was in the bathroom where the shower slider was loose making it difficult to shower."

"Staff were amazing . Arrived late at night , alone with my young daughter . They helped me check in and even managed to make a hot chocolate which wasn’t on the menu (using ice cream sauce and hot milk) . They made the hotel friendly and relaxing . We will be back ."

"Everything was spot on. Lovely lady greeted us and also looked after us at breakfast the next day. Breakfast was good. We ate at the restaurant on the evening and the staff were lovely there too, so was the food. My only grumble is we did ring and ask to be near the lift as we struggle to use stairs They said there was no lift which we took to mean it was all ground floor. It's not. Still that was just a mix up with communication. We would stay there again. The stairs were not too bad and it's worth a little struggle to stay in a cozy hotel"
