"After getting to our room on the 16th floor which took some time as only 2 lifts were working we found there was very little toilet paper. We returned to the bar and asked at reception for loo roll to be supplied and the reception chap went to pass it to me. I explained we were going to the bar and could he take it up to our room. On our return to our room still no loo roll. Breakfast was very nice but it took so long to get there re some lifts out of use."
