Top Birmingham City Centre Hotel Reviews

Radisson Blu Hotel, Birmingham

8/10 Good

"A great location. Wonderfully friendly staff and spacious rooms. Beds large and comfortable. However, the gym was closed. Bedroom lighting could do with improvement. Room 1320: bathroom extractor did not work and only 1 out of the 4 charging points by the bed was functioning."

Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham

10/10 Excellent

"First impressions when I walked inside were wow, absolutely loved the floral display. We were greeted by Amelia @ checkin, lovely and welcoming and very helpful with any questions I asked. Room was clean and comfortable, beds are comfortable and the blackout curtains are great. We had a very nice welcome from Cassy at breakfast who explained where everything was. As for the other staff members I have to say a huge thank you to Darren @ breakfast your amazing, you made us have a good laugh please don’t dim your sparkle for anyone keep being you. Check out was great thank you Clory you were helpful. Bus and tram stops are very close and the shopping centre is within walking distance or a short bus ride away."

Novotel Birmingham Centre

10/10 Excellent

"Lay out of room was excellent for a one night stay, with the bonus of having a settee to relax on. Staff were brilliant, contacted receptionist as hair dryer did not work, replacement was with us within 5 minutes. Car park, (albeit a little tight) is perfectly located. City centre is a 10 min walk away."
