Room was well appointed and clean. Bed was comfy and shower was powerful and hot. Water, coffee and biscuits along with a selection of tea's in the room. Views from the room were good, it's a quiet area. Staff here are polite and welcoming, whether they are serving you or just passing by. We paid for breakfast, lots of choice for cold breakfast, really is something for everyone. Hot breakfast was to order, we could pretty much choose anything. Food could and should have been hotter considering it was cooked to order. We have stayed here several times and will definately return.

Stayed 2 nights for the T20 cricket finals day September 2025. The hotel is around 25-30min walk to Edgbaston stadium and is lovely walk through leafy Edgbaston. Would definitely stay again if I go back for the cricket.

Superb location in Edgbaston. Helpful staff, nice breakfast. Spacious accommodation (we booked a flat) but TV did not work in the living room and the basin in the bathroom was very small!
