A fabulous find in a great location in Leamington. A short walk to town but very quiet overnight. Comfortable bed with great pillows :) and a delicious breakfast cooked to order. Martha was a great host - thanks!

What a lovely place to spend our time in Leamington Spa. Martha was beyond accommodating with our checkin, and everything we could ask for during our stay. The place is squeaky clean and quiet. Highly recommend it.
