When I checked in, I asked & was told there was a complimentary breakfast. When my party went to breakfast the next morning, I was told there was not a comp breakfast and we'd have to purchase. Not even comp. coffee. Very disappointing.

When I arrived, they said that someone was in that room and for some reason it did not show it on hotels.com that the room was taken.
