Bedrooms we had were HOT, No A/C. Small fan in room to blow hot air around. Generally the hotel seems to be in a state of constant repair. We had booked two rooms, neither TV worked. One didn’t switch on at all, the other switched on and gave sound, but had no picture - not ideal during a World Cup. I even went down to front desk, no one there but a sign giving a number to call, called the number got an answering machine. No parking on site and very hard to find parking in that area, but found parking garage (green st) not too far away (10 min walk).
Overall staff were friendly and location for ocean proximity is great, but would not race to stay here again.

Excellent location and quality of accommodation. Had a fabulous time. Staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient.
Food in the restaurants high quality.
Spa was lovely.
Could do with a heated towel rail in the bathrooms but that’s a small thing really. Overall excellent. Would definitely come back.
