From housekeeping to concierge to restaurant staff, everyone was attentive, courteous, and highly professional. It’s clear that hospitality is taken very seriously here, and the team works together seamlessly to provide a five-star experience. The spa and wellness facilities were absolutely superb. The atmosphere was calm and luxurious, the facilities were spotless, and the treatments were deeply relaxing. It was the perfect place to unwind after exploring the city, and it added a real sense of indulgence to the stay. As for the food, it was outstanding. Every meal was beautifully presented and full of flavor, with high-quality ingredients and a great variety of options.
