The property is big kind of like a Las Vegas Hotel. It's obviously very nice. It seems to me that it is aging a little bit but still generally new. I read some reviews that said that the staff wasn't really that friendly. I would agree with that (other than someone named Tikielya who check us in and took steps to make sure we had the best possible room). The food was very good, but since it is so expensive you feel like you can't really order a lot. The pools and waterslides a great. Our kids had a great time. We ordered a cabana for the entire trip. It comes at a huge cost. You would have to weigh whether you think it's worth it or not. On one hand you feel like you have a home base and your stuff is safe on the other hand you are paying 500usd every day. Kids eat free if they are under 5pm. That was good but they just ate the same chicken fingers and fries every day. More options would be better. I would say that it's worth it to come to this place, but not for the value, just to experience something different. We will go back to the all inclusive options as the kids seem to enjoy them more. If I didn't have children this would be a better option.

Clean room, great staff, beautiful property, amazing gym, phenomenal pool area.

Spectacular at every level.

The quality of the food did not consistently meet expectations, and it was often served at a lukewarm or even cold temperature. Additionally, the pool temperature was quite cold, which made swimming less enjoyable.
