The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating, but it took forever to check in, and I was the only person there… The morning breakfast attendant was excellent and friendly. Good breakfast bar… Room was clean, but small. I know, it’s Nassau. I would definitely come back.

The manager and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. I had an issue with the vault in the room and the manager took her time to come and assist me with having it resolved. The kitchen staff and room attendants were also very helpful and friendly. Every day my room was cleaned and beds were made. I truly enjoyed my stay and hope to return soon.
