"The stay was pretty decent except for the service at the restaurant and lately at the lobby. I just wanted to take a cup of ice cream with me to my room because there were some guest smoking outside the restaurant even when the hotel says it is smoke free in all areas, the waitress said it was forbidden but I could take a fruit salad. She denied to sell the fruit salad and the ice cream together because I said I will put the ice cream on the top of the salad. I went to the lobby since they told...

"Room with very comfortable beds, which is the hotel's strongest point, service by the guys at breakfast very bad, no desire to work, bathroom located on the ground floor with a smell worse than a public bathroom in the city center, where I have already informed the management so that they can take action. "We have stayed here several times, this one was the last one, not coming back. VERY bad service, the room was not even ready, poorly maintained, none of our requests were taken into account, we were charged so much more than our reservation. Price-quality is a joke. There were unwarned construction going on, no even table lamps on the room, no spa access, all the common areas are closed ridiculously early and so on…very far from what it used to be. I do not recommend this place anymore, stay...
