"We stayed here for one month and couldn't be happier. The apartment itself is clean and modern, with a fully stocked kitchen, smart TV, and other amenities. The location was perfect: right in the center of town, two blocks from the square, with everything you need within walking distance. The host, Sandra, was an absolute pleasure: she was friendly and easy to communicate with, both before our arrival and while we were here. She gave great recommendations for restaurants. "We (group of 4) were delighted by this beautiful hotel. It is set on a mountainside surrounded with fruit and coffee plantation. Our rooms were clean and bright, with modern ensuite bathrooms. We enjoyed our meals in the dining area, with fabulous view over the valley and distant hills. The swimming pool and hot tub were clean and lovely. Best of all - the staff are wonderful, helpful, cheerful, friendly and so patient with us travellers. Only one challenge: the road up to the hotel is in poor condition, and needs a truck, Jeep or similar high-clearance vehicle. But it's worth it! Our only recommendation is to fix the road, and our profuse thanks are to the staff for helping us with travel arrangements!"
