Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I would very rarely write anything but positive reviews, but I can’t in good conscience do that here. Staff seemed in general to be disinterested in helping, and also didn’t seem to be able to navigate the computer booking system to find our booking. They also attempted to double charge us (twice) despite being shown receipts from hotels.com! In addition to this, when we requested a room away from the busy and loud main road outside (which prevented a good night’s sleep on our first night), we were shown to a room which stank of damp and had very obvious black mould on the walls. When we requested a cleaner room, we were treated with disdain. While cheap (and they did store our bags for us while we were on a 3 day tour in the Amazon) I could not in good faith recommend this accommodation.
