  • Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Featuring a bathtub, 2br Central Cosy Apartment is located in Belfast. This apartment provides free private parking, luggage storage space and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is situated less than 1 km from The Belfast Empire Music Hall.

    The 2-bedroom apartment comes with a living room with a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, and 1 bathroom.

    A 100 GBP security deposit will be required two day before arrival and a link will come through with the check-in details 2 days before check-in, this will be a pre authroisation on your card only. Please note that the lockbox code wont be released until the security deposit will be received. You will receive a link from Charge Automation to put a hold on your Credit Card. The deposit payment will be automatically refunded after 3 days of your check out, it can take another 5 days to clear! The deposit system is API connected software which is allowed by Airbnb and 100% safe !

    Do not exceed the number of guest you have on the booking.
    Check out is strictly 11am and check in is from 3pm (unless pre agreed)
    Noise measuring device is installed at the property for insurance purposes, it will detect noise levels, cigarettes and e-vaping as well as being removed from its mounting plate or switch off (this is strictly not allowed and your booking will be void). The device not capable to record voices just noise DB levels. Noise levels must not exceed 80 dB. Normal family noise levels will be around 60 DB - busy pub would be 85 DB.
    If any of the above rules are broken we will send you 2 warnings as well as the sensor flashing and sounding an alarm, if this is ignored our security team will be instructed to enter the property and remove all guests at a charge of £150 will be issued for the disturbance.
    Self catering means you should wash and dry all pots, pans, plates etc used

    Please note if any of the above rules are broken the security deposit is automatically captured.
