Nice modern hotel. Only one lift seemed to work out of 3 though. Horrible cleaning product smell / air freshner at reception area. The surrounding area has dozens of CCTV, not sure if it is because it is unsafe or next to water

No clean towels or bin emptied - no cleaning at al
We arrived on 27 December and our room wasn’t cleaned, no fresh towels etc until we requested them on 29!!! Absolutely not the service expected from a hotel of this standard. Our room was unoccupied for around 6 hours during the day. Surely that’s a long enough time frame to clean??
