About this space Situated on a quiet side street just off the cosmopolitan Lisburn Road, you will find yourself on the doorstep of some of Belfast's best pubs, cafes, and restaurants. You are also very close to Ormeau Park and Botanic Gardens: perfect for an evening stroll or a summer picnic. Beautifully and uniquely decorated to an extremely high standard with the comfort of our guests at the forefront of any decision. Queens Uni just 15-20 Mins walk. Bus to city centre just 7 minutes. Train station 5 mins walk The space Our apartment is on the 1st floor so you will have to climb one set of steps to reach it. As you enter you will find a very convenient storage/utility closet with a washer-dryer for your use. Next you come to the kitchen which has been thoughtfully designed to maximise the space and comes with all mod-cons needed for a short or longer stay (including a Nespresso machine). The living room is decorated with both style and comfort in mind and is a fantastic large space to unwind, read, eat, listen to music, and catch up on your favourite shows. The master bedroom is a sumptuous place to relax and comes with a fantastic king bed and an adjoining en suite. The second bedroom is a double and is again decorated with the same feelings of luxury and calmness in mind. The main bathroom is brand new and provides lots of great light for getting ready. Parking is in a gated area right in front of teh apartment and is plentiful.
LOCATION: We are located in a great area of the city. It is in south Belfast and so benefits from its close proximity to the many, many restaurants and bars which are just a short walk away on the Lisburn Road and Botanic Avenue. It is also just on the fringes of the city centre so if you do want to head into the centre of Belfast or visit any of the city's attractions, you can jump on a quick bus, take a cheap taxi, or enjoy the easy walk. Botanic Park is very close by and I would highly recommend it for a morning or evening stroll. Queens University is just a 10-15 minute walk away. Train station just 5 minutes walk and train journey just a few minutes into city centre! Guest access Guests have full access to the entire apartment
