The room was basic but clean and tidy. Staff were easily contactable and able help with any enquiries. The breakfast was very basic but was fine and the laundry room would have been useful for a longer stay or in case of emergencies.

A good low budget option

Only stayed one night, but it was fine for what we needed. Our room was much larger than expected, but the bed was quite small for two people. The hotel is clean and a short walk to the pubs and restaurants in the Cathedral Quarter. It's also within walking distance of the City Hall and Titanic Belfast. Also a short walk to the clock tower bus stop, where buses to the George Best airport can be taken. Nice to have the breakfast included, which consisted of toast, crumpets, pancakes, cereal, fruit, croissants, pain au chocolates, coffee and tea. Clean hotel with good wifi and an alternative to Travelodge or Premier Inn.

Great Hotel

The man at the front desk who checked us in was super friendly and welcoming. The location was great - a short walk to downtown, close to lots of pubs and stores. The room was nice. I would stay again!

The hotel suited me perfectly as I joined 2 friends who were staying elsewhere in Belfast for 2 nights and this was 10 mins walk away. Perfectly adequate continental breakfast with plenty of choice in a spotless kitchen/dining area. It is noisy in the am when deliveries arrive, but if I closed the window it was fine .

Great location, clean room and great staff

Conveniently located within walking distance of The Titanic Experience (40 minutes walk) and the bus station was less than 20 minutes walk away. The staff were very friendly and professional and made sure I had everything I needed. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The only negative, and it is a very small negative,was that the paintwork in the room could do with a bit of a touch up.

Nice but not soundproof from street noise

The place was centrally located but the rooms were not soundproof so it was very difficult to sleep unfortunately. Breakfast that is provided was very good

Hotel clean, friendly staff, convient and central location to explore Belfast. Breakfast was great, fully stocked both days, help yourself, filled us up for most the day. Only negative would be how warm the rooms are, there is a fan but it doesn't do much and it's not possible to have the window open overnight due to the noise from outside. Other than that, lovely stay and would come again.

I had a comfortable night here. Small hotel on the edge of the centre, looks like a clever refit of an old office building, and maybe it was originally intended to be student accommodation. Set expectations clearly - there is no lobby, bar or shared space on the ground floor. But my room was comfortable and clean, great desk space, nice high ceiling, basic design but with a few nice touches. It was great value the night I stayed. I would happily stay again for the right price - also, friendly front desk, and very accommodating with a request I had around checkout (breakfast is self service continental - but included in every room).
