Ormeau is one of those Belfast neighbourhoods that locals are quietly proud of. Independent coffee shops, great restaurants, brilliant pubs, and a real community feel. Ormeau Park is a short walk away for a morning stroll and the Lyric Theatre and Ormeau Baths Gallery are close by if you fancy some culture.
⭐⭐ GETTING TO THE GOOD STUFF ⭐⭐
Belfast has so much to offer and from Number 22 you are perfectly placed to enjoy all of it. Titanic Belfast, one of the world’s greatest museums, is just a short drive away. The Ulster Museum in the Botanic Gardens is practically on your doorstep, free to enter and packed with art, history and nature exhibitions. St George’s Market, one of the best markets in Ireland, is brilliant on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday morning for local food, crafts and live music. The Grand Opera House, Victoria Square shopping centre, and the Cathedral Quarter with its buzzing bars and restaurants are all just minutes away by car or bus. History lovers will enjoy a Black Taxi Tour of the famous political murals. If you fancy a day trip, the Giants Causeway, Causeway Coastal Route, and the Glens of Antrim are all within an hour’s drive and absolutely worth the journey.

Free on street parking is right outside the front door. No apps, no pay machines, no stress.

We leave a little welcome hamper for every guest with biscuits, chocolates, and water. Just a small touch to say we’re glad you’re here.
🔥 FIREPLACE:
The house has a cosy fireplace perfect for those chilly Belfast evenings. We provide a starter supply of wood to get you settled in. If you would like to use the fireplace throughout your stay and need more wood, there is a small additional charge. Just message us and we will sort it out for you.
Guest access The entire house is yours for your stay. Private entrance, patio, every room. Nobody else coming and going. Just you, doing whatever you like, at your own pace.
Other things to note Winter Notice (October to March): Gas heating is metered separately at 26p per kWh as guests have very different preferences when it comes to heating. We photograph the meter when you arrive and when you leave, and send a payment request on checkout day payable within 24 hours. We think it’s the fairest approach for everyone. Check out is 11am. If you need a bit more time and nobody is checking in that day, just message us beforehand and we will see what we can do. Our cleaner arrives at 11am so please do not leave it last minute. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Travelling for work? If you need a package or anything sent ahead of your arrival, just message us and we will make sure it is there waiting for you. We are also happy to accommodate early luggage drop off or late luggage storage where possible, just drop us a message and we will do our best to help.
