Good for one night
Apartment clean and good location for Crumlin Road Gaol. However not enough toiletries and no hot water, so could not have a shower.

When we arrived unfortunately the key code did not work but we quickly got a new room. The room we were given was huge, more than we could have expected. However, the shower did not work. I did contact the manager in charge and was told that someone would be sent to fix it. We ended up having to use our friends shower.

All over-priced-fur no knickers!...
Arrival was unnecessarily complicated with no personnel onsite the entire time of our stay. Hotel come under the catagory of Hospitality industry to which there was nothing at all. The room was tidy but the blind located far left was broken with the chain detached and left on the windowsill the room was otherwise overpriced no value for money all fur no knickers sadly. It should be place within self-catering apartments not as a hotel at all. The Best Part of this hotel is that its located behind directly of the bus stop. Hospitable human interaction needed though. There is messy paintwork and the shower has a split devide within the splash back of shower where this is mildew growing.

Quirky good value hotel with home comforts
The Old Bank was a quirky independent hotel and was very friendly and clean and good value for money. Check in was simple. Staff were very helpful. Staying on your own in hotels can be awkward but I felt very at home here. I'll definitely return.

Great accommodation in Belfast.
Lovely accommodation, very helpful staff, use of a kitchen was great and it was on a bus route. Only a 20 minute walk to the city centre. Also very close to the Crumlin Rd gaol where there's a lovely restaurant, tribute nights on Saturdays and an interesting tour.

Comfy, clean, close to City
Stephen was so helpful with our stay and gave us the names of great bars to go to. Room was lovely and spacious, clean and the bed so comfy. Only issue was getting the hot water to work in the shower, ended up with cold water! Great kitchen for self catering. Would recommend to others, good value for money.

Perfect family room close to centre
Perfect family room, close enough to walk to the centre of Belfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean, and I'm very fussy! Taxi cabs 5 minutes walk. Not noisy. Although parking on the street, always spaces directly opposite.

A great little find
The hotel is actually an old bank and still has some if the old features like a big vault door. Room was very modern and comfortable. City centre is only 5min drive away ideal for business or leisure travellers

Clean and decor looks relatively new
Comfortable beds and good size family room, with own bathroom. Soap, towels and hairdryer provided. Lots of stairs and lacks air conditioning. Have to open windows and Crumlin Road can be a little noisy. Close to Crumlin Road Gaol and 20 minute walk from centre.

Top notch.
We enjoyed our stay at thr Old Bank, however my comments might be of use to future customers. We had room 18, right at the top of the building, over 63 steps to climb with a suitcase, not ideal, so opt for a lower room if possible, the room was excellant albeit somewhat on the small side but well equipped. You will need ear plugs as there is no air con and with the only window open, you get all the traffic noise. A little bit out of town but has a bus stop right outside with one every 15 mins, not Sunday's though. The main downside is the lack of eating establishments, ie, pubs, resteraunts etc, the only one being the old jail, a 5 minute walk and serve very food. There is a shop a 5 min walk away which is ideal as you have a kitchen close to your room which has all the required amenities. The building and the quality of the furnishings is excellant have recently been refurbished. .

Good choice
Location is good, 15 minute walk to city centre or there is a bus stop directly outside. Local shops/restaurants are a bit limited; everything seems to be in the city centre. Room small but comfortable with adequate facilities. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.

Family holiday in Belfast
The accommodation is recently refurbished so in great condition.. beds are confortable & superior rooms are a good size.. the oven in the second floor kitchen had not been cleaned when we took residence, and the public toilet on the ground floor was dirty even after I informed the reception that it needed attention. It’s a beautiful place .. very convenient for Belfast City & staff are helpful& friendly.

Several entrances and stairs make finding your room difficult. Bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in but unfortunately there was a green light, I think to indicate where the door is, that was lit all night. Although not exceptionally bright it made sleep difficult. The shower was cold and after following the instructions left by management it was still cold. Very limited eating options in the local area.

25 min walk to central Belfast.
When we booked online, we booked a king size bed for an extra $7/night but when we got to our room it was a double bed. This hotel is a self check in so we had to communicate via email; however the WiFi was also down the first night we were there, which made it difficult to communicate with hotel staff, as well as making any plans for Belfast. It was a good place to stay if you wanted to be independent; the kitchen upstairs was fully equipped which was amazing. Our shower in our room didn't get hot either, just warm.

Does what it says on the tin. I hit my head on the big green lamp. and there was a draft coming from the windows, the room was clean & basic & nice. Id stay here again, its a bit far out though to walk places.

Lovely jubbly
I found accessing the hotel & the room easy, it was in a clean condition the heating was easy to turn on, the bed was clean & comfortable. On leaving, getting a taxi took 4 mins via the taxi butler device by the main door of the hotel. Overall a stress free stay.

The room itself was nice. The staircase leading to room stank of smoke, carpet dirty and a window broken on the inside so we weren't expecting much when we got to the room. Room was basic but nice! No kettle, iron or full length mirror.

Out of Town, but you'll cope
As a last minute booking this was OK, the location to the city is the only real ball ache. If you're happy to taxi or walk then no real problem. My room was clean fresh and the bed was very comfortable. The size is OK but not a lot of spare room to dance or do hand stands. The key code is OK, but did take some effort. There is a kitchen that is available to use, with fridge toaster and all you would need when away from home. If your'e staying a couple of days then this should work well. I would stay there again if required. Oh, the wifi was poor has I could not connect, no different from home really.

Near city centre,on main bus route. Room good size, modern and clean. Small bakery a few doors up that do breakfast , sandwiches (made to order) and hot food. Very reasonable priced. codes for access to building and room sent via email and tx to mobile. As I hadn't checked in before the receptionist finished, she phoned to ensure I had details.

Room was a lot smaller than I had pictured from seeing images online, very small bed which was not the most comfortable unfortunately! Dresser and chair were handy, as were the hangers. Bathroom was very clean and place is lovely and modern. Decent sized shower. There is a button at the front door to ring for a taxi which is handy for foreigners or for those who would not know how to go about getting transport into town. Overall pleasant experience, was just expecting a bit more space.
