"What a beautiful, intimate, quaint cottage and only 10 minutes from the vineyards. Helen was the most lovely host, very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. "The house was beautiful, comfortable, and in a lovely atmosphere. We were very impressed with the property and really enjoyed our stay.However, one thing that was quite difficult was communicating with the booking system. It was very hard to reach someone by phone. We tried several times to contact them to ask about the access code for the property, but unfortunately, we did not receive a response.As a result, I had to wait outside the house for almost two hours while waiting for the access information. This was quite stressful and inconvenient, especially after travelling.Overall, we really liked the property, but we hope the communication and check-in process can be improved in the future."

"Elderslie House was the perfect venue for a weekend away to celebrate my parents' 60th wedding anniversary. The home was beautifully appointed, with multiple sitting areas inside and out for a large family gathering. All rooms in the main house were a great size with ensuites, and the cottage provided a great space for extra family members to stay. Our teenage kids spent most of the time in the separate games room playing pool and table tennis. Our host was amazing - always responsive, helpful and very accommodating with any requests. We couldn't have asked for a better venue or better service - everything was perfect. We'll be back!"

"Coming all the way from the ACT, my sister and I were attending a music festival held nearby and needed a small, comfortable place to stay for 2 nights... Amanda's place suited us perfectly. (Yes, we shared a lovely, comfy Queen size bed for the privilege of being so close to the festival venue).Easy to find and situated in a quiet area, the welcoming feel of Amanda's was delightful.It was sparkly clean and seems brand new throughout. Amanda's thoughtful inclusions made our stay extra special, too. The local shops and supermarket are not too far (but far enough) away and the Indian Take-Away near Coles was delicious.We can definitely recommend Amanda's property for all the reasons above and won't hesitate to re-book the next time we're in the Hunter Valley. :-)"

We would definitely look to stay here again in the future! "
