What was surprising for a new hotel were the narrow beds, low WC and in the dining room the chairs were very low - not applicable in any other hotel that we have recently stayed in. The lack of disable-friendly aspects within the bedroom was also surprising as the booking had stated a disability was a fact in our respective situation."
