"The receptionist refused to assist us in automatic check-in process and does not speak English at all. It was only 1 chair in the room. Poor lighting and no even soap on the basin."

"The breakfast and wonderful, friendly staff are the best features of this hotel and helped compensate for the other issues. The room temperature was uncomfortably warm. The hotel staff helped us adjust the thermostat, but it was still too warm. It was also very noisy. A tourist group was up very early and made a lot of noise in the hallway, and they woke us up. We didn't sleep well, but thoroughly enjoyed the delicious made-to-order scrambled eggs along with fresh squeezed juice and delicious croissants and pastries, etc. The staff were truly wonderful, especially the front desk girl in the morning. She was working so hard and made us feel right at home. Thank you! "

"This property reminded me of a dated Holiday Inn in the US--could use a facelift with some modern amenities in the room. Very surprised it's a 3-star facility. "

"Staff was very accommoding & friendly from the reception desk to the staff in the dining room & cleaning staff. Rooms need a little more attention. Carpet was extremely dirty in some spots & there was a pervasive odor throughout the room-not certain if smoke or mildew-maybe both. Otherwise, would definitely use this hotel & its wonderful staff."
