Cons- WiFi did not work the entire stay. Staff could not fix and nothing really was done to compensate for this issue. Elevator was down for most part of the stay. 5 floor hotel with plenty of steps. "We loved this hotel, we have stayed in hundreds of hotels all over the world but this one is our favorite. The room was warm, they provided an array of teas and instant cappuccinos. The breakfast was A++++ offering a huge selection of warm and cold breakfast choices, great coffee, and a very welcoming ambiance. We also accidentally left a shirt and a blender cup in the room and the staff saved both items for us and had them ready to return to us as soon as we returned and asked for them. We...

They responded and were able to get us our hotel room, Schneewittchen, as soon as we arrived! They were excellent! They changed our vacation to a positive one and the property and people were wonderful!"
