I forgot a small power adapter upon check-out and the owners were fantastic helping me get it back the next morning. Even offered another charger in its place before it was located. It's always a pleasant surprise when the communication with a hotel is so easy and direct. Would highly recommend Hotel Zehnthof."

"I didn’t realize that there would be no one at the reception desk of the hotel until 3 pm, so there is no where to leave luggage before check in time. The train station does not have luggage lockers. The apartment building has 4 floors without an elevator, you don’t know your room number until you get your key, we ended up on the 4 floor with 64 stairs! The method for getting your key was pretty slick, you don’t need to go to reception."

Das Ferienhaus ist ein wirklich schönes, altes Haus mit ganz besonderem Charme und Charakter, in dem man sich vom ersten Moment an wohlfühlt.Wir waren mit sechs Personen vor Ort und hatten reichlich Platz für gemütliche gemeinsame Stunden. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und alle aus unserer Gruppe waren durchweg begeistert und zufrieden. Auch der Ort Pünderich ist ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für eine schöne Zeit an der Mosel.Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!"
