"Everything was excellent! We had a horrible experience at a different hotel the previous night and messaged the staff at this hotel for a possible early check in. They responded and were able to get us our hotel room, Schneewittchen, as soon as we arrived! They were excellent! "Im großen und Ganzen hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt. Wir waren im Gästehaus untergebracht, unser Zimmer hatte einen eigenen Balkon der bepflanzt und mit Möbeln ausgestattet war. Für das Frühstück musste man ein Stück die Straße hinunter ins Haupthaus. Dieses war sehr frisch und zweckmäßig. Die Frühstücksdame und ihre Helferin waren sehr bemüht und mega nett 👍👍👍 Die Lage des Hotels ist super, man ist direkt an der Mosel, im Weinberg und nach Cochem kann man laufen wenn man gut zu Fuß ist...

"We loved this hotel, we have stayed in hundreds of hotels all over the world but this one is our favorite. The room was warm, they provided an array of teas and instant cappuccinos. The breakfast was A++++ offering a huge selection of warm and cold breakfast choices, great coffee, and a very welcoming ambiance.
