"We had a fabulous experience at this beautiful and fun hotel. We used it as our "base camp" while traveling in northern Italy and we came back to it three times in 2 weeks. The facilities are amazing, especially the rooftop pool, the rooftop restaurant, the outdoor space off the lobby and the lobby itself. The best part by far was the staff, who went above and beyond on everything. They were friendly, helpful and knowledgable. They helped us with metro/tram instructions etc. One evening when we got back late, they kept the restaurant open to serve us dinner. On our 3rd time back to the hotel they had welcome back surprises ready for us! Oh, and it was a pleasure waking up to the fabulous breakfast every day. The candy in the lobby was a fun added touch.
