    Nido Blu is a cozy retreat overlooking Lake Maggiore in the picturesque village of Belgirate. Accessible by private entrance and a dramatic marble staircase, the apartment offers breathtaking views from its small terraces and combines elegance, comfort and design in every detail.



    The entrance leads to an exclusive courtyard furnished for moments of outdoor relaxation. A second ramp leads to the living area, with a bright living room and a comfortable sofa bed (latex mattress h 20 cm), 43" 4K-UHD Ambilight TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, induction cooktop, and steam microwave. The solid oak dining table is flanked by a practical desk.



    The bathroom, next to the living area, has a stone sink, waterfall faucet, Grohe crystal shower stall and wall-mounted hair dryer.



    The master bedroom, reached by an oak staircase and glass railing, has a memory mattress, UHD TV, closet, and access to a private lake-view terrace with deck chair and small table. A small attic area (6 sq m) houses a 140x200 cm futon, suitable for children over 10 years old.
