Refined and elegant apartment, recently renovated, thanks to its elevated position compared to the center of Belgirate will give you a beautiful view of Lake Maggiore.
One of the very few apartments in the area, with swimming pool (only use of the condominium), surrounded by a large park where the biodiversity of trees and plants offers enchanting colors and scents all year round.
